I wish I could give them no stars!  We've been paying this company for over 20 years.  Not one single claim!  Hot water tank went up during last storm.  Company sends you from one office to another and then one person to another.  Try to reach the person who ok'd your claim and says check is in the mail and now he can't be reached.  This is ongoing  for weeks now.   Guess it's time to bundle with our car insurance company!
