Had an appointment and when arrived he was too busy to take my car for the scheduled appointment.  Was treated very rude.  Would never go back there and could not recommend the place.

Dave and his employees do a great job.  I have had Dave fix multiple vehicles for me over the years and have had great results every time.  Dave and his wife also do great things for the community, so I like  that my money is going to a local business and staying in the community.  Good prices and great results.

If you like to be treated with respect, this is the last place to go. No professional treatment. You never know when he is doing to say something and few minutes later argue that he never said that. I had real hard time getting my car back from him. He called me that car is ready. I asked him that I will come and pick up my car, how do you want your payment. He said he does not take credit card but will take personal check from a local bank, cash or insurance check. I told him that I did not receive insurance check yet, but can pay him with my personal check. Then he said that he does not accept personal checks. When I reminded him that he just told me that he accepts personal checks from a local bank. He said, I do take checks over $200. I did not have a car and I wanted my car back. I told him that I can pay cash. He said no. He only wants check from the insurance company. I did not know how many days insurance company will take to send the check. I even said I can bring cashier check. The guy would not agree. Then I told him that I am ready to make payment as cash, cashier's check or personal check and he does not have any right to keep my car. After lots of arguing he agreed to accept cash. Thank God I do not have to deal with this guys ever in my life. I will make a special effort to warn all my relatives, friends, and well wisher not to get into Dave's trap.

P.S. Dave uses words like "you are pissing me off" to his customers. You be the judge.

We were very pleased when we picked up the car.  The body work was done to our satisfaction.  Plus as a bonus, they detailed the car inside and out.  The carpets were shampooed and everything was cleaned inside, and also the the car was hand washed.  The car sparkled like new.  We were so happy!!!   You did a fantastic Job!!!  Thanks for all your hard work!!
