Sent my husband here when our PSU broke down with a scary electrical noise. He came back telling me Ralph was nice, definitely knew his stuff, and his prices (for what we needed) were either the same as or less than online, and it beats having to pay delivery and get parts in the mail. 

Ralph did a diagnostic test, and swapped out our PSU and CPU, and he got it done that same day for us. A quote from my hubby: "it's so refreshing to be able to talk to someone who is so knowledgable, but who doesn't talk down to you".

Purchased my Asus from Ralph and felt confident in my purchase. At the time the company had a 2 year warranty and my computer needed a new motherboard because it was faulty. Ralph got it replaced in a timely manner and has always  been great! There would be no hesitations  in recommending Milwaukee PC.
