I took my BMW M4 a blower motor on the air conditioner. They took 3 days to fix it. But I understand the problem. They are so busy because they are so good. They need to be in a bigger place with more mechanics. They do really good work they were really inexpensive for what I needed done. I have no hesitation in taking my car back. But I will make sure I have more time before I take it next time.

They have nice and cheap service, but at the same time they have most annoying and disrespectful and rude customer service. The lady in the reception must learn a manner. She talks more than required but she never answers what we expect. She is disrespectful to customers.

Dave and STEVE no longer own this place and it is NOT the same place or the same service. I took my Triumph TR3 up there a couple of months ago. No one greeted me. Long gone were the twisted news articles on the board. Theses people had just ordered a pizza (it was almost comical) from Little Ceasars and their food took priority over me standing there at the counter. Then, I told them that I had a 1957 Triumph TR3 (which isn't rock science by any means) and their response was...? "We don't work on Triumphs."  

Had Dave been there he would have worked on it. STEVE would have greeted me instead of letting me just stand there while they divided their $5 pizza. Let's just say that (for some reason) they did not work on Triumphs. They would have at least recommended a place instead of cutting me short. 

I had been taking my cars there for over 26 years. I understand that life is transitional and I wanted to give these people a chance, but (and don't want to be unkind) I couldn't help make the undeniable association between the new "Daves" and the pawn shop scene from "Pulp Fiction." 

Dave and Steve were the dynamic duo of a quality automotive  repair facility that became a Denton staple, a local "Click and Clack," and to see it gone is almost heart-wrenching.

I'm sure everyone misses Dave and Steve, but I continue to get the same great service from everyone here...
Hey Lance,, last time I checked there's no lunch room for staff...give them a break!
