I had my car repaired at the Elm St. location. I had THE VERY BEST customer service. I have never experienced such GREAT care before. Chad was very nice, professional, yet fun and took care of my car better than I expected. I was supposed to pick it up in the morning and was not able to leave work so he arranged to have my car brought to me at work AND picked up my rental and returned it for me as well. I was SHOCKED!! Then when my car arrived here at work Kevin brought it to me and low and behold I was shocked again at the level of service these guys provide!!!! Not expecting to have my car brought to me at work I did not put the gas in the rental before it was returned- I called Kevin and told him I just realized I didn't put gas in the rental and he said don't worry about it, I will take care of it for you. These guys went above and beyond for me and I will FOREVER be a Caliber Collision customer. I will also spread the word to everyone I come across. These guys are literally the VERY BEST I have ever come across. Caliber Collision do yourself a favor and do whatever you have to do to keep people like this working for you and representing your company.

Chad is so great with our car and handling every little detail. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. We love Caliber Collision. This is our third time to use them and they've been excellent every time.

I want to say that unfortunatley we have had three vehicles worked on with Caliber in the last 90 days due to hail damage and an unfortunate accident.  

But the best thing is that we we have been we have been so happy with the quality of work we have recieved and especially with the customer service and communication. 

Our representitive Trey has been amazing through out all the different problems, texting regularly with updates and taking care of any small issues we had quickly.

Great Job!!
