I really appreciate the warm welcome, when you walk in. The staff and even the customer, will say hello and how are you doing. You can find anything you need. From fixing something for dinner, to catering for a birthday party or a athletic banquet. Or something you would like to for yourself.

Other than the store being convenient. The prices are way too high customer service is not the best. Can't wait until we get another grocery store in this area Dave's suck

I made a call to Dave's to just ask a question for the hot foods part of the deli and the lady transferred me to them and there was no answer. I called back three times. Finally the lady that was transferring the calls went to get the answer herself. I still did not get all my questions answered. This was the Dave's on Payne. The Dave's on Ridge had no catfish. I didn't want to go all the way to Payne if they didn't have it because I was buying for several people. Bad Service is totally uncalled for. They act as if we are doing a service for them by coming there.

It smells from the front to the back mostly in the summer which makes it hard to shop from the smell.

Worst Dave's in the city...60 ppl ready to check out, 3 lines open. Manager just stands and watches, smh. It's not rocket science, open a lane or 2 to get thru the rush. I try to go there as little as possible.
