I used to shop at this area since I was a kid and it used to be a Finest and a Tops before it turned into a Save-A-Lot, ...as of late I just dread shopping there at-all. You are immediately bombarded by the homeless and the ghetto locals living on Clark Avenue begging for money every time you go in the place. Makes you feel insecure when these people have no chill and will follow you to your car. They really need to crack down on these people loitering around the store front and the bus stop located in-front of the shopping center.

I always have great service when I go to save a lots. They're about the best and prices you can find anywhere. I just wish that they would carry more Spanish food items in the store that is close to me I live in Marietta Ohio so when I come up to Cleveland I always go to the Save-A-Lot on Clark Avenue. They need to be able to put more Spanish food in the save a lots and Caldwell Ohio that is the closest one to me.

Ghetto cashier's with attitude's some are pretty overweight that their belly get in the way of the scale when they weigh the fruit and vegetables that they are scanning at the checkout in fact they add more to the product with their belly, it's crazy I had to tell them to back away for the scale to get the correct weight of the fruits I had put up, then the attitude came afterwards. 9-27-2017 Update , I just went back to this store again, found everything ok except there was only one opened line and 15 people in line and guess who was the fifteenth? Yep me, well they finally opened another register after I was the Fifth, I checked out and bagged things up and we went out the door and there was a black psych patient with a full beard talking really really crazy before we headed out the door we noticed that the security guard was sitting down towards the back on her phone this place oughta be shut down too ghetto

By Save-A-Lot being open 24hrs, they should have more workers working. The store it self should keep certain areas for certain foods. The store should have more sanitized stations. Me and my wife couldn't even find Jif peanut butter. No one wouldn't help us. Some of the customer service is great but others are so bad. Should have a more variety of food items than it has.
