New to biking, I bought a used Trek at a garage sale a few weeks ago and needed a new seat. I stopped in this evening, Paul greeted and helped me, he was awesome! Not only did he assist me with picking out a seat that fit, he went through my bike quickly and did a “wellness check“ and put the seat on for me. He didn’t have to do all that, I’m very appreciative and will definitely be back to purchase a new bike in a few months.

Even though I didn't get what I needed, the knowledgeable staff gave me good suggestions and got me to where I needed to go. Great Store Friendly staff.

I've been cycling for about 6 years and I've been to numerous shops, and then I went to Daves on MacDill. Wow!! They treated me with so much respect and when it was time to fit me for the bicycle I purchased, well that service was exceptional! The entire staff needs to be recognized for the exceptional service they provide. I rode my bike for the first time  the following day and I am simply blown away by how tailored the fit is. Thank you all so much.

My MTB days were born in this store. James has assisted me with great attention and detail in setting me up with the right kind of mountain bike right from the beginning. I have been back multiple times for my FREE ride ready adjustments. The Trek bike has never let me down as I have grown into it and has allowed me to ride even the most difficult trails around the area. Their service has been excellent, honest, and professional. Bought my grandson's Trek here also as he is learning to grow into his bike. I'm sure I will be upgrading him sooner than later with their trade in program. You too can expect personal attention and personal service. These guys are great, very knowledgeable.
