I have about a 15 year old Specialized that was in DESPERATE need of some TLC. After reading some great reviews I brought it here. I will never take my bike, or any bike anywhere else! Not only did they bring my bicycle back to “like new” conditions, I actually think it shifts BETTER than new now! I swear they replaced all of the shifting components by the way they operate AND look, but they swear they just took everything apart, did a thorough cleaning, and put it back together. It’s like I have a brand new bike now. Oh, and they did a great job on replacing my brake pads as well, lol. Highly recommend.

I was referred by my brother, Bob Fink...He purchased his bike there within the last year and had nothing but praises for Outspokin Bicycles and all the help they have been to him as he transitioned to a higher step of riding....long story short I have two comfort bikes, at Trek and a Giant.  Doug took us in under wing and walked us through the tune up process and what each bike needed.  Fair is fair...answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable with the bikes we owned and did not try to upsell us....He just kept saying as long as you are happy and keep on riding!  Our bikes were ready the next day as promised and I couldn't be happier...They look shiny new and ride great....I will be referring anyone who asks me about a bicycle company straight to Outspoken and they will have my continued business.....Thanks for a great first time experience with your store....

Great bike shop! They have high end gear and bikes, though very friendly and helpful for the new riders like myself. Even called to ask questions about biking and they took time to answer them all without complaint. I worked with Leo and Lisa who also do group swims, runs, and bikes and I think Matt spent time answering questions about the tires and sizes. Their brands are limited bit great warranties and truly solid customer support. 

Beat amazon prices for water bottles and holders to boot.
