After leaving my last review, which I have since  deleted, I want to thank Carlos(store manager) for his great approach towards me  ever since then. He took a great initiative to make sure I felt greatly appreciated as a customer. I also must apologize to Carlos for NOT being fare and letting him know how I felt before I left his store. His team and him self have defiantly made me felt welcome and that is what I believe separates 1 store from another. Products sell themselves but attitude  and customer  service is a unique  thing compared to none. Great Job Carlos!

"These guys were smazing!" I called to see if they could check out a bike that I was giving a friend who lost their car during hurricane Irma. It hadn't been ridden in a while and I wanted to make sure it was safe.

Boy did they check it inside and out. Adjusted brakes, put on a part, spent over 45 minutes straightening out a wheel. Then wiped it down, cleaned it off and said here you go. I asked what the charge was and they said, "no charge, just tell others about us and give us s good review."

Tell others, I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness I experienced at David's.

They have my business for life!!!

I'm in town from Overland Park, KS. My Bontrager floor pump blew its hose end seal in Atlanta 2 days ago. I bought it from my local Trek Store in Shawnee, KS. I'm in Orlando for family vacation and to ride. I popped into David's Sunday morning, not sure what they could or would do and was prepared to buy a new pump. The manager was super, gave it a look over, mentioned that they'd have to order the parts, so he pulled a hose and chucke off of one of his shop service pumps, put it on mine, and said to enjoy the ride - no charge! These guys rock!

Absolutely awesome service! We had a huge issue with our Knee Rover. This is not a bicycle, and not a product they sell,  but we got help right away. Although this was quite a tough problem to solve, the staff member was able to fix it and there wasn't even a charge. This was absolutely exemplary service! Thank you so much!

I went to this bike shop so I could get my wheels fixed since they were a little bent. One of the staff members (Carlos) had greeted me when I walked in the shop and helped me with my wheel problem. Carlos was super friendly and got to work immediately with my wheels since I had explained my urgency to have them fixed. Carlos rocks he definatly has tons of experience and knowledge and was able to get my wheels fixed. He also inspires confidence and trustworthiness. I had no fought that he was the right guy for the job. 
Thanks David's cycle and thanks to Carlos, keep up the good work man.
