Horrible shop. Unprofessional staff, jacked up prices, and service that will literally kill you. These people will take apart your bike and make sure they leave out quite a few bolts when putting it back together. Then they want to act childish and immature when called out for it. I would never let these people touch my bike

So after I almost killed my self after picking up my bike from Sportbikefl Orlando about a month ago because they left my brake pedal unbolted, left my fairings loose and out of place (which caused them to open up on me on the highway and break some bottom clips), broke a bracket that holds my side fairings and replaced it with a zip tie, lost my bracket to my exhaust, and then used wood screws to hold my fairings together because of the tabs that were broken weren’t there the owner Ralie refuses to replace the damage his incompetent workers did... he took my fairings and got the holes filled with bondo and said it’s fixed. Now still with broken tabs which make my fairings useless he starts blaming the previous person that worked on my bike... that person is me and I baby my bike as everyone knows.. Then he tells me that my bike has been dropped before which has never happen and that the fairings has epoxy on it to hold in place when I was the one that took it apart the night before to clean her up... I was patient with them for all this time after going back 7 times and now he’s refusing to fix the mess up... Not only will I never use or recommend this shop but I hope no one ends up in this situation with these crooks!!! And to think I always recommend them for parts and tires...

I just bought a motorcycle from Rollie and wow what a experience the staff was really nice and helped me with all my questions and got me riding !! very happy customer I love my bike and would buy another one there in the future!!! Thanks sportbikefl for everything !!!

Horrible customer service, employees are rude and owner does not care for his customers, avoid going here all they are are a scam and when they mess up your bike they done own to it. Might as well as do your own dam maintenance than come here that’s for dame sure

Poor repairs and even worse customer service, took my Kawasaki 636 here for a oil pan replacement. They didn't put all pan bolts back in and replaced my brand new oil pan bolt with a striped one then tried to tell me that's how it came in. Let's not mention they didn't check the oil once they were done left the place with very low oil and was charged for an oil change.
