Great experience!!!
The front desk clerks were very polite and kindness, the room service attendant was helpful and friendly.
The room was wonderful just as expected, and it's a Must Use of the whirlpool bathtub.... It's so relaxing.
It was amazing entertaining for the children the water park & also amazing structure for the lazy river on the second floor. I will definitely come back again and again!!!

If you want a relaxing vacation stay as far away from this place as possible. Over an hour to check in and 2+ hours to wait to just get into my room ending with a disappointing hour drive back home with a refund. If you have issues getting into your room and they say security is on the way, save yourself the trouble I went through and just get a refund. There's far better hotels in the area. I waited  all that time and spoke to multiple people at the lobby and I couldn't even get into my room. The most helpful person was the manager and that was because I needed a refund. It's not a great vacation waiting outside in the cold past midnight. I strongly advise you stay away from here the facility looks compelling but their customer service needs a serious overhaul. Never going here again, I strongly advise you do the same.

We went there to check out my sister's timeshare. It was really nice. It it has a security gate golf soccer field. The timeshare condo that they had was very nice. It had a big Jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom screened in balcony, granite countertops, tile floors, and plenty of places for the kids to sleep. Definitely a nice place.

The place is beautiful and well maintained, the sales presentation is your usual car salesman routine. 😵 Lots of activities for those who need some recreation, owners breakfast is pastries, cereal and beverages. The water Park, swan boats and mini golf is a nice way to spend a relaxing day at the resort.

We stayed at Westgate town center Orlando in October. We are owners at the Gatlinburg Westgate and have only received horrible customer service and at least one bad experience with a room mix up.  Needless to say I did not have high expectations for any Westgate. Julia at check-in blew me away. She  was friendly, took an interest in our son, and even gave us a room that overlooked the pool which was such an amazing thing to do. We've owned for 10 years and we know that the first part of check-in is the second worst part of staying at a resort, so I was almost in tears with how happy she made us.  The worst  part of staying at a resort is the next part of check in where they give your key to a salesperson and you are at their mercy for an hour.  Well not at Orlando Westgate! Julia gave our key to a staff member who showed us the map, asked if we had any questions, and sent us on our way key and map in hand. I was in tears at that point because all the stress and worry for months about those 15 minutes of terror were lifted from my shoulders. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed all the resort had to offer. The water park was great and the room was what we expected. New improvements in the bathroom and kitchen were noticed and were fine. Kitchen was stocked with cooking items and washer/dryer were clean. Bedroom and living area were a bit dated but they were CLEAN so who cares. Halls were quiet and the balcony was very private. I recommend staying here (we were in the 5000 building next to the check in building) and appreciate the friendly staff who knew after a 15 hour drive, we just want to be left alone and not have to hear a sales pitch or set up a time for one during our already full vacation.
