I have been working with Jennifer for a number of years now and have had nothing but the best experience! Jennifer has been with me through 2 moves out of state and now the starting of 2 businesses. She and her staff respond quickly and professionally! She takes the time to answer all of my questions both about taxes but as well as the best options for my businesses in terms of filing. Davis & Associates is awesome! Jennifer has done my taxes for years & is always quick, efficient & works hard for me. As a business owner, it's nice to have someone I trust working on my taxes. The staff is courteous & Jennifer has been very prompt on answering any questions I've had to call her about as well. I highly recommend them for your taxes!

I absolutely love Jennifer and her team. I have two businesses and my husband owns a business too. For the past ten years her and her team have been nothing but a helpful pleasure to work with. They take the burden off of me whenever they can and return all my inquires more quickly than I would expect. I didn't want to, but I moved to another service that was bundled with my financial planning one year and it was a disaster. I went back to Davis and Assoc. and they FIXED everything. You couldn't pay me to work with another accounting firm. They are amazing.

Jennifer and team are the best of the best! Words can't describe how much I value their help and guidance over the years. Jennifer is so good about answering questions and making sure I understand everything! Wouldn't trade her for the world!

I read the reviews on here and was very excited to work with Jennifer. She seemed knowledgeable about accounting, but I do not think my experience with her company was great at all. As a small business owner I had questions that were not answered in a timely manner, many times I had to send MULTIPLE emails and calls to her assistant Amber for anything to be returned. Communication greatly lacked while working with her. The last issue was I needed to send a secure message through the Sales Department website because of an accidental overpayment on my part, but for some reason I didn't have that correct form to do so. I called Amber to ask if she knew what was going on. As it turns out when I reached out to the department of taxation, Jennifer Davis had a master account on me that I had ZERO knowledge of, and I had to spend an hour answering questions and verifying I was who I said I was so I could regain control of my account, and that is where the secure messaging form was.. In the account Jennifer had that I had no knowledge of. When I nicely (and privately) brought this to her attention that I had incurred a late fee penalty while waiting for Amber to respond her response back was to CC Amber and respond very rudely and unprofessional.
