I can only comment on the lack of services that I received. I left an inquiry on the website and called them 3x and left messages and spoke to the admin assistant. A week later, I never received a call back. I was warned because the person that referred me said they were difficult to get in touch with but were really good at what they do. Nonetheless, I went with a smaller firm that can give me better access to them when its needed. Your mileage may vary :
Very professional and helpful. The CPA I spoke with "Karen" researched a and helped me understand a multi- thousand dollar tax problem in minutes. I had spent hours running down the wrong solution path. In that direction I was never going to find the solution. I ended up with bad news but expertly given. Could have saved myself hundreds of dollars in interest and penalties with this person's advice a couple of years ago. Take away...Hire pros, you kidding yourself if you think you are saving $$$ with software alone.
This firm is full of professional and kind people, working hard to provide the absolute best results to their customers. Everyone there that I've had the pleasure of working with has been kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this firm enough.
