We were unable to obtain requested doucmentation/pictures for additional work that was deemed needed so we could confirm the extent of the actual work said to be done. Tried in ernest to resolve the such simple request.
They blunt response once they walked off the job without formally recinding contract was to turn their dumpster on to the lawn spilling out all the contents leaving the tenant in  hazard spot. 
We would have gladly paid for the rest of the contract had we been told they were even going to come pick it up after it sat their for more than two weeks.

We just had Day Roofing replace our shingle roof.  They did a great job.  The crew was clearly experienced.  They were careful to try to capture all the nails from old roof as they stripped the old roof down to the bare wood.  They did the roof in sections so as to avoid any problems with pop up storms but they had a back up tarp that would cover the entire roof if needed.  They found several areas of rotted wood and replaced all of the wood as needed plus added support to the trusses as needed.  I would definitely use them again.
