Asked for a total roof replacement estimate. Trista booked the appointment and later called back to confirm. Andrew shows up 35 minutes early and promises a written estimate by end of day or next. Six days later still no estimate. Called Amy to complain. Andrew tells her "he never got my email address". With today's technology, they shouldn't lie! I have Andrew's cell number and matching text from six days ago with proof of my email address sent to him. Won't hire, won't recommend.

Job # 126852 - Job was superb, Super was superb...the Billing Dept tho... No callback after three attempts (Jacqueline).  Still trying to get someone to call me back after many attempts. I give up.  I suspect I *will* hear from them if they want the final payment.  Aggravating.  The only bad spot on what would have been an excellent recommendation. :(

We had Collis Roofing install our gutters this past year and the crew that came out was very neat and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the gutters look great! With all the storms we have had, they have held up wonderfully and work great!

Very Professional, Great job replacing the roof at my house, from the initial estimate with  Michael to the Wonderful Crew  & the Customer Service at the office, overall a Wonderful experience

Had an appointment scheduled for estimate on new roof.  On Tuesday after being a 'no show' he returned my call to say his car broke down, the battery in his car died and his cell phone battery died and could not call me until late that night .  We rescheduled for today (Friday) and again, no show and no call.  After reading these reviews it looks like it's a good thing that he was a no show!
