Let me state that I have had nothing but professional and courteous service from the Bangor store when I need something engraved, gift suggestions, or simply shopping for myself.  I am dumbfounded when I have seen reviews that portray their visit as a once star. Please, all the staff is wonderful and they truly TRY to please each person, even those that have never really shopped there before. I have watched the interaction first hand. Go! Give them a try for yourself; Day's is terrific!

I just pick up 4 rings that I had resized and repaired. They did a fantastic job! The service was great and the work they did on my rings looks awesome! Thank you!

My fiancé's mother went to Day's to have family heirlooms, that would become our wedding gifts, engraved. Not only did they miss spell my fiance's name incorrectly on one of the items, but they engraved our names upside down on another item. These heirlooms are, of course, irreplaceable. And they were not able to correct the mistakes. Very unprofessional....

I entered one day prior to my wedding to buy bands.  I can only say the treated me with utter respect and didn't give up until I found the perfect wedding band.  The employees are very respectful in every aspect and even remember you when you return to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned.  The diamonds in my ring spare just like they did on my wedding day and I could not be any happier that the we're able to match the clarity  of the diamonds in my engagement ring that I purchased elsewhere.  From the wedding bands we purchased to the necklace my husband picked out for our first anniversary, we are happy to say that we will be lifetime customers and are proud to say that Day's will always be our jeweler. Thank you for all your help in making our special day complete. Sherri McLaughlin
