I wanted to say that I had "quality" customer service in my experience at Quality Jewelers.  Courtney is the best Customer Service person I’ve ever met.  I've been in CS for years and I appreciate a good CS person.    I am not a "jewelry" type person. I went in because I needed points put my diamond ring.  She patiently showed me the importance of having both my wedding band and the ring attached.  I also needed a new clasp on my gold necklace.  And later when I came back unhappy with the clasp, she graciously looked at it, and had it fixed on the spot.  IF I WERE able to buy more jewelry, I would definitely go to Quality Jewelers and ask for Courtney. I certainly will tell my friends.   Debbie Falkenburg

Awesome service. The best in town. Very professional and know what they are doing. I have a very nice ring and need sizing. I was concerned about the stones. They fully serviced the 20 year old ring. Looks like it belongs in the case!  Thank you guys.

I had such a fantastic experience! Quality Jewelers helped me design my dream ring using some family heirloom stones and a brand new setting. I had no idea what I wanted when I first started the process, and today I could not be happier!

Just had an excellent experience at Quality Jewelers. Special occasion, birthday and anniversary, and Randi was very pleasant and helpful. Made me feel pampered and treated special.
