They simply aren’t reliable. I’ve had mixed feelings for years but today, the woman did only part of my pedicure and was only going to give me $2.00 off. I had to explain time and time again that I was unhappy and she just kept saying sorry. I could not get through to her or the other woman that I needed a better discount or to not pay considering the lack of delivery. I can’t risk it. I won’t be back.

Terrible customer service.  I used a gift certificate that wasn't cheap and they treated me like they didn't care. The nail tech "Q" was rude and sarcastic the whole time. He left me just sitting there after he was done without even thanking me for the business.
I came back 4 days later because the nail polish came off and I had to argue to get them to fix it. 
This is the 2nd time I've used them and I won't go back. Don't go here if you can help it.

We got massages today, both an hour each. One regular and one deep tissue. We get massages regularly so we know what to expect and what a good massage should be.. but this was not the case. Probably the worst massages we have ever received. The rooms were crowded, they couldn’t reach properly to give me a full massage. They didn’t use the right oils so their hands weren’t smooth and able to glide like they should over our skin. It was like they have no idea what they were doing.. the massage itself was terrible. Never again.

I got gel done and it all peeled off in a week. I called to let them know and they told me since I didn't get a manicure that they want to redo it for me. They don't stand behind their work and I will never go back there again

Never again. The pros are that SOME ladies are very nice and it is comviently located. The cons are that some ladies are very rude, won't even greet you. Also, I got acrylic nails and they are poorly done and the painting looks rushed :(
