I normally am not a fan of most Ulta locations but this one is fantastic!!!  All of the workers are so nice and knowledgeable of the products. I suffer from very challenging skin and being able to work with people who can recommend the best products for me is nothing short of incredible. It is even better when a brand representative is on site to further assist (thank you Tarte!). Unlike other locations, I am never treated poorly because of my skin or the rashes I may be experiencing that day due to health challenges. Thank you Ulta for being so awesome!

Good employees they didn’t ask you do you need help every 20 seconds like Sephora does and I really appreciate that.

The only thing that keeps me going back to Ulta's is that it has a benefit brow bar inside. However, over the past few years, I've noticed that the benefit brow bar experience tends to always be better when they're inside a Macy's or department store than an Ulta Beauty. 

This particular Ulta is right by my house, which is the only reason why I've given this place a try. I've tried to call and set up a brow bar appointment no less than at least 10 times and have never been able to successfully reach someone at the brow bar to set a time. Finally, I just gave up trying to call and showed up to try and get a walk in appointment at the brow bar.

I walked in, no one greeted me, and then I stood and waited at the brow bar while they were finishing their service for about 10-15 minutes, and then someone walked up before me while I was standing there and cut in for a service, and was then "put in line" before me. I then promptly approached the brow bar and let them know that I had been waiting for them for the past 10-15 minutes for them to finish up before approaching them, even though it was obvious that they had noticed I was waiting the entire time, and still said that I would have to wait until after the next person who just walked up. It was absolutely infuriating. They mentioned that I should have made an appointment, to which I let them, I've tried relentlessly, but had never been able to reach the brow bar, and had been on hold for 15 minutes at a time before I just gave up and took my business elsewhere. The associate at the brow bar wasn't the most friendly and was sick as well. 

When checking out, the associate asked if I wanted to use anyone else's Ulta membership when checking out, even though I know it's store policy as well to use other peoples reward accounts because it's supposed treated like "using someone else's credit card". 

While this store is one of the larger ones that I've been to with more high-end options like MAC and so forth, the customer service is just abysmal and I will continue to take my business and brow needs to a different benefit brow bar elsewhere.
