I went there with my best friend, we both wanted designs with diamonds in it so I asked her how much would it cost for me to get what I wanted and she said it would be $10 extra and it would be $30 all together. We both asked her for a coffin shape and instead we got square and she made my thumb crooked. When they did the designs they had almost no diamonds apparently but instead of telling me they couldn’t do it she made her own design and filled in the jewels she didn’t have with silver glitter polish. I just decided to leave them as is because getting them redone there probably wouldn’t have changed much. As I’m going to pay the woman tells me it’s $40 for mine and $45 for my friend when she previously had told me mine would be $30 and then continued to deny she had ever told me that. Then she told me diamonds were $10 extra and a full set was $35 and I told her I had no problem paying I just had a problems with her lying and switching up prices. I paid for both and left without leaving a tip because regardless of the poor work they did I still would have tipped them but they tried cheating me out of money so 🖕🏽below is a picture of what I asked for and what they gave me

This was the worst place I've been to yet. Let's start with it was my birthday and I was in a rush it was also my only day off that week, so I asked for a fill and my eyebrows, also a pedicure. So the woman does my eyebrows and puts Alcohol on them after she waxed them. Sooo they were burnt, she then asked me if I wanted my lip waxed which I thought was rude and insisted on doing so. So while I'm getting my fill done my eyebrows were on fire. She had no idea what she was doing with my nails. The acrylic was uneven on my nails, I asked if she could shape them differently. She didnt know how to do that either. Then she asked a coworker for help. Her coworker argued with me about the shape of my nails. So I sat there... And shaped them myself. At this point I was so angry. She didnt remove any cuticle on my toes. When I didnt tip her for the crappy work she had done she caught an attitude. I was so upset after I left. I argued with someone about the shape of my nails, an hour later and my eyebrows still burnt. It's also scabbed and didn't go away for a good three weeks. So no, I ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the agony and find another place to go even if it's closest to where you work, live or anything. Make the extra drive to go somewhere else, it will be more worth your time. Horrible horrible horrible. I cannot emphasize that enough.

Would give NO STARS. Nice in the beginning, then rushed, then RUDE.  It is not okay to jump over to a patron who walked in with an emergency broken nail and not even TALK to me about it. I asked for the first appointment of the day to get done quick. I guess being considerate, on Time and a good tipper doesn't  matter.  Time to move on....too bad for her.

Great prices!  Staff are gentle and kind.  I usually do walk-in and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.  They have massage chairs which help to make the experience more relaxing.
