Rude customer service, loud mini fridge, toilet made noises all night. Someone made a false police call saying we were fighting at 3am. We were in bed sound asleep at 3am. Guy at front counter played dumb about the whole thing. Homeless people camping between hotels and Dairy Queen while peeking inside parked cars. When we called the head office, they didn't seem to care about our complaint and suggested we stay elsewhere. The Ramada inn at exit#30 is cheaper and has a Denny next door. Better rooms, complimentary breakfast was yummy and our room was quite.

The place certainly showing it's age and not worth $95 for one person. It was around 95 degrees that day, I was looking forward to getting into a cool room out of the heat after working all day. My room was sweltering hot and it took the little air conditioner a couple of hours to cool it off. They say they have bus/truck parking but it was nearly impossible to get my pickup with a trailer in there when there was hardly any vehicles in the lot. TV is an old school box that has a fuzzy picture. They had all the outside doors propped open right where people go out to smoke so the halls stunk like smoke.

The first impression of the hotel was very bad. We noticed bad smell of the old building in the corridors and in the room. There was barely working old tube TV and the room. Some lights were constantly blinking. The beds and sheets looked old and not comfortable. The heater/conditioner didn't have auto mode. I had to turn it on in the 🌃. Though we noticed some attempts of the staff to make the hotel better we will never stay in it again and not recommend to our friends.

It was kinda sketchy, the floor had a bunch of drywall on the floor even though the walls looked fine. There were like old blood stains on the box spring, stains on the towels, and I this is probably a weird thing to comment on, but the person who helped me up friend said (randomly) “Don’t worry, there’s not a lot of people here cause we don’t let the crazy ones in.” Not exact words, but it was definitely something along the lines of that. Ramada is bomb tho, go there. It’s a few more bucks but it’s worth it!
