My family and I stopped at Medford for one night during a 2-day road trip from Vancouver, Canada to San Francisco, and booked the night with SpringHill Suites. This hotel was easy to find off the I-5, and was bright, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and updated. Complimentary continental breakfast was included, and was delicious! Coffee, tea, and hot water was available at all hours in thermoses by the front door. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Would book again!

Pretty nice stay here. Arrived and was greeted by two Guest Service Agents. My check in was good and reps even explained where the gym was, heated pool, breakfast and etc. it’s always a hit or miss as Marriott but this one was awesome. They have breakfast available and even when I left at 5:00 am they had some coffee available even though breakfast was at 6:30. The rooms look good but could use a little update. The tv channels are on old style menu. (No Netflix available). Over all I was happy with my stay. Note: Starbucks is available right across the street.

We always stay here when we're heading north because it's clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and the service is great and this time was no different. Thanks again guys !!!

On our long drive, we stayed here on our way back to canada from Los Angeles. Front desk staff were approachable, parking was safe, the hotel interiors were good and we had a very good overnight rest over here. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Stayed one night to catch a morning flight out. Nice view from the room, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Bed was super comfy. Rooms a little dated, no power plugs near bed, bathtub/shower, etc. No real negatives, we would come back again!
