The pool area was nice but not worth the wristband price. There was no attendant so there were a lot of very rambunctious kids. My partner took our 3 year old down the slide and had 3 kids smashing into his back before he got to the water. The lady behind the desk was rude when we said we had family coming to meet us, she asked if they will be getting a room and we said they were from Fargo and visiting. She informed us they were not allowed to swim. Nice place but will most likely just stay in Fargo next visit

We rented a hotel room to have a birthday party for my Niece and Nephews bdays. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and had a total of 5 kids swimming. It was alot of fun.

Bought 4 water park passes on save coin (fm app for discounts) and the only fine print  said they expire in the summer 2018. No other restrictions.  A week after I buy them, we decided to use them on saturday january 13th, 2018. We drive from Fargo to this waterpark/hotel and when we walked in, there was a line from the desk to the door. Everyone looked crabby as if they has been waiting a long time.  After 20 minutes of waiting in line, I got up to the counter and told the lady working (she was an older lady) that I needed 3 passes for the water park and I had bought them on save coin. She gave me a crabby face and grabbed a hand written note that was taped on her desk that said save coin offer is only valid during the week. I showed her my phone and how it didn't say that on the save coin offer. She acknowledged it doesn't say that but she has a hand written note and that is what she is going off of and she had turned away others already over it.  I explained it's poor customer service to not honor promos they put out and it was false advertising. She said it wasn't her problem. My 3 year old was crushed and we left. Sure it may have only been a $30 purchase, but the principle was that I had already paid for a promo that they werent honoring. Then I come to find other friends were able to use their save coin promo on sunday with a different employee. Poor service and poor management to back advertisements that people pre pay for! Will never go back!

Great place for a kids birthday. The water park is fun and affordable. Kids played for hours and slept on the way home!

I don't know if I would stay here. We want for the pool. It's kind of yucky.
