This used to be one of my favorite places to stay. That is until last night. I  pulled the covers back to ay down and there was hair all in the bed  My skin started crawling and I started started itching. No bites tho  I will never stay here again

Stopped through on my way back to Texas. First impressions were great! Lady at check-in wad extremely nice and helpful, the room seemed nice and clean for the most part when I first walked in. I unloaded my stuff in the first room I was given and tv didn't work. Got moved to another room. Woke up early next morning to heater blowing 58 and wouldn't change temperature or power off so I had to unplug it. Went to call front desk but hotel room phone didn't work. Luckily I had my cell phone to call. Lady came down said maintenance didn't get in until 9am so I had 2 options,  I could stay and deal with it or go ahead and check out since she didn't have any other rooms to move me to and she would give me a refund. I had a couple different issues with this, 1) I was the only car parked in the front of the hotel with all those rooms in the front 2) I needed to get cleaned up a little 3) she said some of the phones in some of the rooms don't work and management knows but since most people have cell phones now days its not a big deal. So the reason for 3 stars I gave is only because she did allow me to shower real quick and the lady at the front desk did refund my money. I wasn't asking for a refund, I would have rather been moved to another room so I could have gotten more comfortable rest before having to get back on the road but seeing as that couldn't happen according to her I had to pick the better of the options cause I couldn't stay there in a freezing room. As far as some of the phones not working  that is a safety issue which management needs to address. So although I will not say don't stay here I do recommend checking the tv and room phone right away and also make sure you have extra blankets if you choose to stay here just in case.

I Live In The city and This is my favorite getaway spot.. Not this time.. Rooms were not clean Enough to any standards.  As I run the housekeeping depts of almost All West side hotels per Sub-Contract.... All while putting in 180-210 hours every 2 weeks At an Extended stay hotel in town on the South side.. And the cleanliness and customer service/relations IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY JOB. Also the jobs of EVERYONE That Works under/With Me..  As should this hotel.  Which I have Applied to more than 10 times since 2002. I was told by staff that the head housekeeper is dating someone and this has been her only job..  She 100% Needs TRAINING IMMEDIATELY.  And Should stop hiring people she knows and step outside of the box.

The clerk idea was to put in a building by myself at the back of the property instead of with my friends. She moved to a room above my friends and the bathroom floor was flooded and I slipped and hit the bathroom sick area, and there was urine in the toilet. So finally she moved to a room next to my friends and thought I should pay for the microwave and refrigerator. I said no, i don't need them I am in the room 8 hours which 6 will be sleep. This was horrible and questionable behavior on the part of Motel 6. This was the first time I ever stayed at a Motel 6, and I think Jeff Bodell should stop doing commercials about how great it is and the light is on. Hummm 

The rooms are old and the workman ship with the painting was bad.

Rooms are small and shower was difficult to set temp. Water temp fluctuates during showering. Extremely hot to ice cold.
