Terrible hotel and staff!! My husband booked a room there for a month while he was working out of town.  He booked it at 8:00am and then cancelled it two hours later as he found another hotel closer to where he would be working.  The hotel claimed that we never cancelled the room & then billed us for an entire month a month after we cancelled.  The “manager” is unwilling to listen to us or to accept that one of her employees made a mistake in not cancelling our hotel.  We’re currently fighting this with our credit card company.  How convenient that their security footage is only saved for 3 months & they don’t keep logs of patrons scanning in & out of their rooms!

Good location..close to where we visit, shop, restaurants and rooms clean and comfortable! Have stayed here several times and recommend staying here.

Avoid, the bear behind the counter(female with more hair on her arms then get head  l kept swearing and storytelling how bad the owner was.   "Pay cash" bc "we might not give it back"  not to mention the bugs that the bear was swatting at.

Staff was nice, but that's about it. Drove past it the first night we came to stay, over half of the large road sign was out and the entrance light for the drive way was off/ burnt out.

Hotub was not working which was part of the reason we booked a room here, I get it though, things happen.

Place is very dated, we could here the people above us walking around until almost 230 in the morning.

Tried to turn the heat on and the smoke alarm went off about 10 min later. 

Would really like to write a positive review, but it seems like the management isn't really worried about keeping up the appearance.

We booked ahead online, which was unfortunate with the no cancellation policy.
