We came into town because my child is at Rock Castle Regional hospital as a patient and she is dying. It was a quick trip in and we didn't have much time to plan. The blonde lady in the office, Tammy, is amazing. We had an issue with the TV not working...she moved us to a new room after she checked the TV herself. She has stopped by our room several times to make sure we are comfortable and we have everything we need. The rooms are comfortable, and clean. Housekeeping is great! I would recommend this motel to anyone coming to the area

We travel ALOT....Donovan at the front desk was WONDERFUL and our room was cheap yet nice and comfy and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Checked in Oct. 21, 2016 for 2 nights: room was stuffy smelling, turned on air unit...it made the worst sound ever. Kept us up off and on all night. Beds where comfortable had to remake them the top sheet wasn't tucked in at the bottom and your feet hung out from under it.. Room was clean but, carpet looked dirty. They say they had Free Hi Speed internet. I couldn't connect to it. Called them and was told it's a "hit and miss" with it. Messed up getting my work done. Free breakfast was the pits...coffee just barely warm, bagged donuts, cold cereal, etc. Won't be back to this one that's for sure. Also paid for 2 nights and had to get door key rebooted on 2nd night. Parking lot was in very bad shape.

This hotel is run poorly, the place is dirty, run down, no updates, crowded room, difficult entrance from road, dirty fridge, the breakfast room was stifling hot since no one turned on the air. There was no decaf coffee ever, the breaker blew from someone running toasted and waffle iron. There's no pool and the place is over priced because they can get it. To use the workout room, an attendant had to come open it. There are few places in this mountain area, so if you want to see the country music concerts, this was our only option. I would definitely not stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Helped me see my grandad, good location, had some issues with the cards in the doors but kind customer service worked it out with me
