Unfortunately our stay here was average. Usually with this chain of hotels my family is "wowed." Pool was nice, check-in/out was average. We waited 20 minutes for cereal due to it being empty at breakfast time. When we were taking showers we had to be quick because the tub didn't drain properly and the tub would fill up and get close to overflowing(and we did not have time to wait for a maintenance personnel to fix it). Beds were very comfortable, but the room smelled musky (we do not have such high humidity where we live so I don't know if that was a factor or not). The most disappointing part about our stay was when I realised I left something behind. The employee who I spoke with when I called was just plain rude, and no one would return my call until after several conversations with the corporate office. When I did receive my item it was broken, and when I reached out to the manager I was told that if it was an important item to me I shouldn't have left it behind. I would never recommend this location.

The guy at the front desk has got to be the most unhelpful person I've ever met. We had reservations for two rooms for a 7 night stay but will be moving due too how rude the man was. All I did was ask for a room with a microwave and he was so abruptly rude! I am a spire elite member as well if that tells you anything!!

Clean rooms, friendly service, good breakfast, location convenient to Cumberland Falls just a few miles up the road.

Very positive experience ; good pricing, attentive staff, clean rooms. Absolutely no complaints

We stayed in a suite for one night. The beds were quite comfortable and clean while the showers and tile on the floor or a little dirtier than we prefer.
