Never stay here again. Paid for 2 separate rooms, one room was paid for one night and second was paid for two nights, has strangers enter our room saying they just paid for the room that we were in for one more night. Front desks claimed we paid one night for both rooms, showed my receipts, then they claimed I checked out early, TOLD me I had to pay for the night when I already paid. Kicked out during the night with my kids since I refuses to pay for a night i already paid for, claimed they refunded me but they did not. Kept changing their story. DO NOT STAY!!! HERE.

The location is in a weird area, very confusing where to park when looking for your room. The lobby door to cut through and get to the back rooms are locked at 7pm so at night you have to walk the entire way around the building to get out should you have parked in the front. The rooms were filthy, bugs everywhere, and walls covered in cobwebs and caked on dust from years of not cleaning. The tub handles poped right out of the wall on contact and there was no way to stop the ever flowing water that even when the handles were "off" the water still ran. Such a waste! Horrible smells filled the room. Walls were paper thing and I could hear everything the neighbors where doing...bad area as well. Drunks mainly come past your door to vomit or break bottles, only for house keeping to step over and ignore...I was there for 2 days and both mornings was the same thing. The vomit and broken glass stayed outside my door the entire weekend. No wifi unless you pay for it. Breakfest bar was a not funny assortment of days old everything. I highly recommend that no one else gives this place business until they care to fix it up...

Horrible...ants, spiders, etc everywhere. Horrible smell in the room and the shower handles pop right off the wall...Also no wifi. The pictures online are old and the room I had was entirely nosey from the neighbors arguments and loud other noises...its a mess. Housekeeping is worse. They passed over a broken glass right outside the door to my room that someone broke the night before. Shamefull...I'll never visit this location again.

I drive a truck when I come to stl I always stay here. Rebbca is the greatest person always smiling and helpful. The rooms are top notch. I have read the reviews here and all I can say is. Those people couldn't be pleased with nothing if they don't like this place very clean friendly and huge rooms.
