During my stay the room was cold to begin with .a maintenance man make an adjustment on the heating unit it never work properly after he left and it never work properly before it was always a bit cold in the room. To be truthful the unit is possibly expired and needs to be replaced I mentioned it to the manager doing my check out even though he apologized I felt it wasn't enough. sleepless night

The front desk staff and cleaning crew was polite, courteous and attentive to my needs during my 5 days stay at room 150. For the price and amenities of the unit it was fair and adequate. My only complaints are that the AC/Heat unit in the room was loud or noisy when in operation mode (makes it hard to sleep with the intermittent noise), the bathroom shower water control device (why can't I use the work knob?) would not shut all the way causing water to drip even when in close position (fix that drip!) and the towel rack in the bathroom is not fully secured to the wall where it is attached. As I've mentioned, it was a good stay for the price and maybe in the future, FREE Wifi connection ought to be included in the price and not having to pay for it. Other Motel 6 branches have that amenity included why not Motel 6 - Florissant?

I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful and clean. The staff was respectful as well as friendly. I'll see you guys again real soon to be exact. Thank you for excellent services.

My guy and I stay at this motel five times a year while vacationing to see friends and family. This location has to be the best as far a budget goes. We've stayed at other places around the world and the service here is the best. Ms Shale ta, Danielle, and my housekeeper Pat make our stays worth it every time. I rarely post reviews but Great service should never go unnoticed. These ladies go above and beyond. Looking forward to my next trip and my stay at this Motel 6.

I especially appreciated Shallette and Danielle's help when I checked in (during the pouring rain!).  They were so helpful, even letting me use their desk phone to cancel my reservation with the stop I was planning to go to if the rain had not stopped my travels.
On the other hand, there was the main desk clerk on duty when I left on Sunday morning 2-25-18.  I don't know his name but he was really not ever going to go out of his way to help guests....whether he was asked on the phone or in person.  His excuse?  It was just SO SO busy on Sunday morning.  Maybe, but I didn't really see it.  On the phone when I asked what was wrong with the heat, he replied he didn't know anything about it.  When I ended that useless call I said thank you and he replied "you're welcome".  Really, for what?  Correct response would have been "Sorry I wasn't able to help you with that."
