On 10/27/2917 I received a flower arrangement in a pumpkin. It was beautiful. It lasted at least 7 day. I think buying flowers from them it’s worth it.

My daughter sent me a mother's day arrangement. She was notified that it had been delivered on Saturday, but if it was, it wasn't delivered to our home. The next day, someone left the arrangement on our porch ... I'm thinking it was the person to whom the flowers had been delivered. The arrangement itself was lovely, though it looked a bit bedraggled by the time I got it. I think that for the amount of money charged for the flowers and delivery, the company should be more careful to get it right the first time, and not depend on the kindness of random strangers to deliver them to the proper address.

I'd like to start with maybe this isn't all your fault. I place an order with 1800flowers on Monday 03/14. For same day delivery. No flowers delivered. No notes left on door. Wait again for redelivery on 03/15. Contact 1800flowers asking about status on flower delivery. They tell me they were delivered at 338 pm. No flowers no notes again. Wife was at work til 345. Maybe an over sight. Either way not happy with 1800flowers. Then today,03/17 flowers are delivered. Wife and her supervisor respond with an "oh finally".. Not meaning anything towards the driver nor your company. Driver decides to respond rudely and say no one answered the door yesterday. Why the rudeness? As a driver, you're the face of your company. No need to respond back rudely. I was a delivery driver at a younger age. Never was I rude to anyone. I'd apologize and continue on. Either way.. this has been a horrible transaction. From open to the closing of it.
