Absolutely horrible customer service. Missed a deadline of 2/14/18 (1 block from their office). They arrived at wife’s work after 5pm (they’re supposed to show up before 5 per their policy) and of course everyone was gone. I called they apologized and re-directed delivery to the house. Never showed. I called 2 more times and was told it was on the way. Gave up waiting at 10pm. Wife thinks I forgot Valentines Day. Called this morning and was told it would be delivered “sometime before 5”. Guess what? Yes another no show. I can’t even get answers from them. So its now a complaint to the better business bureau. BBB. Stay away from 1800noFLOWERS

This is a horrible, horrible, horrible service.  I set up my order over a week in advance and the delivery still did not come on time.  As a company, you should not offer something you cannot deliver on, especially with this type of service!  People are depending on your company to help celebrate a loved one, a special occasion, or the "just because" occasion.  Your company does not take that into consideration at all and ruins those days for people.  Why offer a delivery date if you cannot stick to it, this is the second time your company has let me down.  It makes me sick that your company does not care to contact anyone if you cannot deliver what you were contracted to do.   I WILL NOT use 1800 flowers ever again, my company WILL NEVER use 1800 flowers again.  I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about the services you did not fulfill.  Your company should be ashamed of itself.

Failed to deliver the flowers to my wife on our 25th Anniversary.  They ruined what should have been a very special event.  How can they possibly miss a delivery like this?  
When I called customer service they assured me that the flowers would be delivered the next day and that it was better late than never - how dare they tell me that.  

If you have an event that requires flowers on a specific day do not use this service.  They will disappoint you every time.

NO STARS! HORRIBLE Customer's Service! Ordered twice in one day and received FOUR conflicting calls about whether my item was available and/or would be ordered. I called to cancel and begin again --- and had the same problems! Hard to understand representatives that didn't seem to have a CLUE what they were doing. Will never use this vendor again.

False advertising. 1-800-Flowers has been showing ads online for the past week stating no service charge when ordering valentine's day flower early now that i finally clicked one of the free service charge ads they are telling me that the ad is not true. I have purchased flowers from 1-800-flowers for at least 10 years now but will no longer, I refuse to give my money that false advertises. I am going to make sure to bring this up to Google AdWords (where I originally saw the advertisement), the FTC and the BBB and whomever else will hear my case.
