My experience with Edible Arrangements was great. The customer service was on point and the employees went above and beyond my expectations. They had very fresh fruit and you could tell my arrangement was prepared mere hours before delivery. 5 out of 5! An entirely different experience than the Crystal Lake location.

They did an amazing job of helping me pick the perfect gift! Associates were so friendly, and a fresh and delicious treat was delivered to my sister same day!

Worst customer service I had edible arrangements delivered to my grandmothers house for her birthday and the driver was upset he couldn't find the house so when he finally found it he was very snippy with my grandmother iam not happy with this kind of customer service will never order from them again

Absolutely terrible. Got the order wrong, as well as multiple typos on the card. Ruined what could've been a beautiful birthday.
