I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience in this salon last year. It was the first time to have a facial in Washington DC. I was given  a lot of very good advice by the beautician. She was very thorough and I believe had a very holistic approach to find out exactly how I was taking care of my skin. She asked about nutrition, day activities, work environment, stress level, everything. At the end she also provided me with a good facial cream from the Environ range with a lot of vitamin A. It was quite expensive, but it did last me a very long time. It definitely improved my skin and I have been using it ever since. It was a very good experience for me and I am trying to make an appointment for a follow-up session soon.

When I said I got  "GroupOn" I felt the shift in attitude right way.  At first I was asked what kind of products I use in detail, which is fine, it seemed like it was for a purpose of understanding, but soon enough it was clear because she was trying to sell me products. This is not the first time I am getting a facial, nor an exaction. It was clear that Yulia had no idea what she was doing. 
All I wanted was a facial, which I paid for, to GroupOn or to them and I got a painful experience and had to sit through a very uncomfortable session of sales pitch, not to mention I am still dealing with a few pimples that appeared after this facial.

She is asking her friends to write fake reviews about her service and give her 5 stars. Do not believe and choose another salon. Also her English is so bad that you won't be able to explain what you need. 

Will never EVER go back.
