I love, love, love Ilo! I have used them many years for permanents and they have always done a superb job.  Their stylist, Salvador, is a master with the chemicals in addition to his styling technique. The staff is so friendly and professional too.  You can be confident that you will leave with a smile on your face when you go to Ilo!

I love Ilo for the fact they saved my damaged hair.  Sal and Marcella did a fabulous job and I continue to have them as my hairdressers.  They know their jobs and can tell they love their jobs.  They do a fabulous job on taking care of me I don't want to lose them. The salon is clean and refreshing and all the people are great and friendly.  Please try an experience - you may find that you love the place too.

My longtime ILO stylist has moved out of DC so I have been seeing Adam for my cut and Troy for my color and in true ILO fashion, they are both amazing.  Adam cuts with such precision and really understands how my hair moves.  This is such a great haircut, I am getting compliments all the time which is kind of wonderful!  Troy does a fabulous job keeping my ever graying hair looking natural and golden.  I love working with this new team and it shows me what a great salon ILO continues to be.  I've been a client at ILO since 1983(OMG is that even possible?).  There's a reason your customers are so loyal, you keep delivering an excellent experience.

I was recommended by a friend who always has great cuts and color. I went for the first time after booking online. I had Ado as my colorist and Laurent for the cut. Both were super friendly and warm. I also have to mention the woman who washed my hair was just as warm and talented. I will definitely go back. I always seem to have bad experiences with color and why i've put it off for so long, but I will probably end up going back to Ilo more often now because the results were exactly what I wanted.

Marcella does magic with my hair, and it looks great for days!!  I also love Patricia, Laurent and Jonathon. I love ILO and everyone there. Ado and Salvadore are masters at coloring. Terry and Gary, ILO's warm owners, have given a gift to this city.
