I cannot being to express just how much I was blown away in every aspect of the service I was provided at Dealer Service Alternative. I went there very upset because someone had quoted me a huge price to fix a coolant leak.  DSA assured me the services the other place said I needed weren't necessary. Not only did they fix my coolant leak, but they fixed a few other issues I was having for an extremely reasonable price.  It is so refreshing to finally find someone who can work on my BMW besides the dealer, and actually know exactly what they are doing. The garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Even more so than any dealer I have been to. Thanks again guys! I will be seeing you at every service that my car needs!

This is a Great choice for anyone needing repair especially German vehicles as I have.
Today was my first day visiting Dealer Service Alternative. Instantly when I walked in their was such a positive energy in this place it felt unlike any Auto Service place that I have ever been to. 
They gave me a fair price for what I felt was the service I needed as I went in for brakes and new rotors.
To my surprise when I called to check if the parts were in I was informed by Alex the mechanic and Larry Joe that I did not actually need either at this time. 
Most shops I have dealt with would have seized  the opportunity to capitalize on me. They did not. 

These are good people and I am very comfortable recommending them to anyone. You will be happy you did

By far, this is one of the best repair shops anywhere. They go out of their way to help you and to make sure you are well informed. Spoke to Alex about a pre-purchase inspection on an Audi TT. He answered all of my questions and went over every detail thoroughly. He even advised how I could use the inspection report to negotiate the price at the dealership and he also suggested another dealership that has a good reputation for selling good cars with a good warranty. This is not the kind of help you normally get at repair shops! Even if you live hours away from this repair shop, in my opinion it is worth the drive. I have no doubts that they treat their customers cars as if they were their own. Just give them a call and speak to Alex. You'll see that what I put in this review is true.
