Purchased my Mercury here, everyone was polite, and between test drive and purchase paperwork I only spent about 45 minutes here, probably longer if you intend to finance. Tom & Nicole were awesome.

As always, servicing my Buick Enclave at Poage in Decatur was painless, quick with reasonable wait time. The service manager was polite and helpful answering questions. And, the best part,  the price was similar to other service options in town.

They're the best. Poage has serviced all of my personal and business cars for the last 16 years including a Cadiilac XTS4, an SRX, several CTS, two Buick LeSabres, and a Regal. They never fail to please. All of my cars have been rock-solid reliable, but when there have been a few minor problems, they have stuck with it until fixed.
