My dad advised me to go to Trophy Ford to find the car I wanted. When we arrived we began to look around at the selections that were available. I spotted the car I wanted and as we were looking at the cars, a salesman named Joey approached us with a smile and greeted us with such professionalism. What I loved about him is that he asked what I was looking for, and he was straight forward and very knowledgeable about the whole process. Not only was he very professional , he also had a great personality and a sense of humor that shined through out the whole process. I got the car that I wanted and the payment range that I desired. I really appreciate Joey and I know you will too. Go see him at Trophy Ford and you want regret it.

Great interaction with the dealership.  Our salesperson, Joey, was very responsive and great to work with.  I was able to get the price I wanted over the phone, drove down to pick up the car and was out the door inside of 90 minutes including a 10 minute test drive.

On July 3rd 2017, my husband and I stopped in to "just take a look" at a Chevrolet truck he had his eye on. We had been discussing trading in our family van, since our kids are all now graduated from school and doing their own thing now...however, we did not go in with intentions of making any deals that day. Once we got out to look at the truck, salesman Joey Roddy came out and greeted us with a smile! He was very friendly, hospitable, and extremely helpful! Given that we walked  in unprepared to make a deal, he checked the credit score and helped us decide to go ahead and trade in the old family van. We went home with a 2015 Ford Escape. I am happy to say that we are currently quite pleased with our deal. I would recommend Tropy Ford in Forsyth, GA if you're looking for a new or used vehicle! Ask for Joey Roddy!

My truck recently broke down along side the highway. It was towed to Trophy Ford that night about 11pm. The next morning when I went in first thing the service desk took care of me promptly and I was back on the road at 10am. Not only was the bill affordable, but the customer service was great !

I received great service.  Upon arrival, my vehicle was taken back and the service was complete within a reasonable amount of time.  However, considering the fact that I just purchased the used vehicle just three months prior, I was disappointed with things that the service department found wrong with the vehicle.
