I have taken my Camry to Dean's on multiple occassions and I cannot express the relief I feel every time I need a quick service. The last time I went a few days ago, they were able to locate the reasoning for my tire pressure light that kept coming on even when my tire pressure wasn't low in less than a minute and didn't charge me much to fix the problem! I will continue to use you guys for all my service needs moving forward. Thanks again !

Will try and take advantage of you!! Quoted $500 for a easy $75 window fix.. went there after I had the issue fixed properly and to ask them why they would try and do that to someone, the owner turned super aggressive and almost attacked me and his front desk buddy (who quoted me the wrong price) held him back as I decided it was best to leave before he turned physical.. absolutely horrible customer service! No professionalism and just over all SCAM!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The main reason is the guy who appears to work the front counter. I was told his name was Joe. He is rude and I got the impression he is dishonest. I took my truck in for a guy who was interested in buying it, to have it inspected. Our arrangement was that I would get a free inspection that he would pay for and he would find out if the truck had any major problems before he bought it. They did not do much of an inspection, but when they were done I asked for a copy of the report. Joe said I could not have one because I did't pay for the inspection. Joe had no idea what our deal was and decided he would make his own rules. Thankfully the shop foreman stepped in and gave me a copy of the report. This Joe guy just seemed to have an attitude for some reason the minute I walked in the door and I have no idea why. I would stay away from this place. I am sure this Joe guy would rip you off if he got a chance.

UPDATED REVIEW - After writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau regarding my poor experience with Dean's Auto Repair, I received a phone call from the owner. This was very welcome considering I did not expect to ever hear from them. We spoke for about 15 minutes, and had a very good and productive conversation. He apologized profusely, and offered what I found to be a rather good and reasonable explanation for some of the issues I was having. Of course, and I told him this, had someone taken the extra few minutes to explain them at that time, we wouldn't be having this conversation. He understood. At the end of the day, I was impressed by the honest, concerned response from Mr. McMaster. I believed him when he told me that he appreciated me getting his attention with the BBB letter, and that he was going to be making some changes that would aid in avoiding these kinds of issues in the future. Additionally, he offered me a coupon for a free oil change. I still have not decided if I will use it, but given the owner's stated commitment to improvement, I will likely give them the opportunity to show me that. Previous Post Summary – Owner and employee offer not even a modicum of customer service. A maintenance service was performed on my car without my knowledge or consent. Another service took 1 week to complete without any information provided as to why it took so long. The owner/proprietor was willing to nonchalantly provide a cash refund for a small portion of the service without proper documentation/financial record.

Dean's auto Repair is definitely is a one of the top local shops in the area, before I took my truck into deans auto I went to autozone to scan the OBD2 it came up with p0300,p0102 p0171,p0300, So I stopped into deans auto to see what they can do for me, so they pulled the truck into the bay , as the mechanic named Mike was a very honest man as you could tell he was very calm and Collective so I had faith in deans auto well it was something so simple next day came and picked it up running like brand new.... Recommend Dean's Auto 100%
