My wife and I began bringing our vehicles to Car Repair Company for nearly 10 years.  When our children switched schools, we found a shop closer to house.  That will now change...

Our 2007 Toyota Sequoia has been a great vehicle.  The one issue is around tires and road noise.  We bought it used from a dealer in 2010 so we would deal with the dealer at the beginning.

In Summer, 2016 I started hearing some of what I would call excessive road noise.  In my mind, it was coming from the front end so after consulting a different mechanic he suggested front wheel bearings....done.....still dealing with noise.  Next was shocks and struts.....still having noise . Given that this car is typically driven by my wife, sounds really stood out when I drove it.

After hitting a road block with the mechanic that I had been using, I tried the dealer (it was in for a recall at the time) - still had noise.  Next - another independent.....still headache.

Checked the internet blogs and decided to take it back to Jim and Shane at Car Repair.  I was heading out of town for a few days and said "you have a few days......please do what you can to fix it". 

After Shane and Joe spent some time with the car on the rack, wheels spinning and using their 'ears' to listen for the crazy noise.  FINALLY it was determined that the REAR WHEEL BEARINGS were the culprit.

I gave the 'thumbs up' to Repair and the process was completed.

I came back from out of town and drove it home - in wonderful quiet!   My wife drove it the next day and she texted "this car drives like a dream".

Thank you Shane, Joe, Jim and Marc!  You guys really went above and beyond and revived our experience with our Sequoia.

In the future, we won't even consider another shop.....the drive is worth it.

You will not be disappointed with this shop.

We have had our cars serviced by Car Repair Company, Jim, Mark and their staff of great mechanics, since we moved back to the valley in April, 2015.  I  trust them completely to be honest with me and to only fix what needs fixing and doing it accurately and with a guarantee of their work.  You can definitely trust your beloved vehicles to Car Repair Company in Scottsdale.

I have been using them for my repair needs for a Land Rover. Not only are they fair and professional but are capable of working on uncommon vehicles. I highly recommend them.

They took me in right away and in my case, didn't charge me a penny for a minor repair! I've used them for years and have sent many customers to them, as well. THE BEST in trustworthy service!!!
