I went to college with Keri Shull and I have watched her grow her team over the years and been so impressed with the people she hires.  They share common goals about exceeding their clients expectations and always helping their clients know what to expect and what is coming.  I have been really impressed with their ability to help their clients find homes that are not even listed for sale yet.  I cannot recommend her and her team enough!  I am not someone who feels confident referring people most of the time, but I have referred Keri's team to co-workers and friends and have always been thrilled with the customer service they provide.

The Keri Shull Team have priority access to numerous homes before they hit the market and their team is different because they focus on departments to handle any and every aspect of a client's needs throughout any transaction. Also, they care about their clients and keeping in touch with them even past the transaction. I believe they do this by hosting numerous client events throughout the year and/or sending birthday and congratulatory gifts. Lastly, I would say they give back to the community as often as they can not only by monetary donations but also volunteering at least once every quarter if not more. Krista L. has so many positive and hardworking traits and has so much desire to make her team better each day. Her clients have always been her number one priority and making sure they feel comfortable and confident in their decisions with the The Keri Shull Team. You’ll always be able to trust this team to do their job and do it well.

The Keri Shull Team will make buying or selling your home as painless as possible. They are experts in the area and are extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Sarah H is always somebody you can contact with any questions, and is more than happy to help with whatever it is you need. (Whether it's Real Estate related or not!) The entire team is always going out of their way to help their clients, and do whatever it is they need. I cannot recommend the Keri Shull Team enough, and I know you'll be happy with your decision to work with them!!

My husband and I hired the Kerri Shull team, specifically, Dennis Furey as our agent and Jessica Pi as our listing coordinator, to sell our Arlington condo.  We couldn't have asked for better partners during this transition. 
We cannot even begin to detail all the ways in which we are grateful to Jessica and Dennis for how they delicately handled our home selling process! Dennis and Jessica are the epitome of professional and integrity. The experience was easy from start to finish due to their expertise, support, communication and tenacity.  Jessica was extremely helpful with any questions we had about our listing, sent us weekly updates on showings and feedback, and provided us excellent recommendations to help us sell our condo quickly. She always answered any emails or texts super quick (in fact I was shocked at her response time.) This was our first home sale and weren't well-versed in the process- but Jessica and Dennis made us feel comfortable, remained transparent with us during the sale process, and always took time to explain any steps that weren't clear to us.

From the very beginning, when we were looking at a higher range than was practical AND giving us an action plan based on reality. We wanted to sell fast for the most dollar amount we could get and we accomplished just that in less time than what we originally envisioned. We literally could not have done this without their expertise, patience, and skill.  They made what could have been a stressful experience fun, joyful and memorable. They did a great job of listening to our needs, plans and quirks. 

 We highly recommend Jessica and Dennis to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home. They are the platinum standard from a professional perspective and genuinely care about their clients. Seriously - the absolute best and in fact, if we purchase another home in the area, we will definitely be using the Kerri Shull team again.

Drew Carpenter was top-notch in every sense. This was our first home purchase so we weren't quite sure what to expect, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end and definitely helped put us in our first home! Typically this can be an intimidating process, but Drew and the Keri Shull team, in addition to our export mortgage lender, made sure we were smooth-sailing on a very tight closing even while frequently being out of town. Our situation was quite unique with the competitiveness of the market, double digit offers on a house listed for
