I needed to get some stair parts to match an older floor.  Tried one of the big stores in Bellevue who was a certified dealer, and got a "Nope, we don't have it.  Nope, we don't know where you can get it.  Nope we don't have any other suggestions.".

Called the next number on the list - Carpet One Decor.  The guy that took the call, listened to what I wanted, said no problem, he could get it, ordered a color sample from the distributor, and followed up with me almost every day.  Once the color sample came in he offered to drop it off near my house to save me a trip.

Time came to order, and he got the parts in about half the time I expected, and called immediately when they came in, then followed up in email.

Hands down, this was the best service I've had in a long long time.  My hat is off to Mike and all the good folks at Carpet One Decor.  I can't possibly recommend them enough.
