Very good food that you can tell it's made on site and not microwaved.  Tastes like home made.  I was surprised that there wasn't a lot of PA Dutch choices, at least at lunch.  Maybe the dinner menu is different.  The PA Dutch influence was apparent in the side dishes however with lettuce and bacon dressing, potato fillingand others.   Place was packed and tables were turning over quickly.

We love both the great Pa Dutch food and the beautiful decor and the historic, lovely building. We remember taking our kids here back when they were tiny (now they are 25 and 20) and they cut my daughter's name into her hot dog and she was so amazed. This time we stopped on our way home from Cabela's as a date night. It's a very special place.

Never got to try the food. We drove out of our way to try this place and arrived at 7:20 (8:00 posted closing time) we were turned away. At the door after telling them that we were there for dinning and not takeout. I very much wanted to try this place but will not be returning. CJ’s right next door has much better customer service

This is a plain old style Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant that serves local sausage and meat along with homemade style desserts.
