Alexis (swim club employee) is Absolutely horrible! Today I went to the swim club with my cousin and two grandchildren. As soon as we went into the swimming pool we were told by a swim instructor that we would have to leave the pool and go into the other pool room where there was another pool. I explained to the instructor that we paid to swim there. He still insisted that the pool was going to be used by his students who were not able to swim in the deeper part of the water. I went to the manager and explained what had happened. The manager who was very accommodating, apologized for the mix-up and asked us to go into the other swimming pool. We went to the other swimming pool and upon entering, two females were there and informed us that we were not allowed to be in that swimming pool. I informed both females that the manager had instructed us to go there. As we proceeded to go into the swimming pool, one of the females, Alexis or Alexa stated that we could not be there and that she was an employee. Again, I told her to see the manager if she had a problem. Alexis then informed me that "I am 26 years old and you have to leave". At this point I walked towards her and raised my voice and said "please go and see the manager because you cannot make me leave". She then said "are you threatening me". I just looked at her and realized in that moment that she appeared to have some kind of mental problem because she was definitely trying to provoke me. Alexis left the pool with her student and as I went to get back in the pool I could see that the kids were upset so I said to them lets go. As we were leaving the pool area, Alexis was complaining to the manager about me and as I approached the manager I explained to him what had happened but Alexis accused me of being disrespectful and again she stated "I am 26 years old". I am not sure why she kept saying that she was 26 years old. The manager told her to leave because we began to argue about what happened. The manager, who, by the way was very apologetic, said that he would refund our money. As we proceed to the front desk to pick up our refund, Alexis was standing at the front desk staring at me and provoking me at which point I raised my voice and stated that if she had a problem with me we could take the dispute outside. She started raising her voice and said that I was threatening her. Once again, the manager told her to leave but she stayed right there. Then one of the employees dialed the police and the manager told him to stop. He then cancelled the call. The manager understood that this was all a misunderstanding and should have never escalated to this point. Alexis should be fired because if she had done as the manager told her and not been at the front desk staring me down and provoking me, all would have went well. I truly believe that Alexis has some mental issues and requires therapy, forever. swim club member
