I previous wrote a review from day two of my experience. I had rated the gym a 4 right from the top of my experience but that's changed. I freaking love this gym. I love the vibes and everyone is super supportive and helpful. The energy is awesome! Most importantly and great bonus to that is that this program really works. You can do this! If your thinking about joining the gym or the program just go with it and try it out. Go with your gut cause your going to love it. 6 weeks is a short period of time. I can not even believe that I lost over 20lbs in 6 weeks. It's mind blowing to me. As an athlete who gained weight which seemed uncontrollable I was worried coming into this program because Bob only requires that you workout 1 hr 5 days a week. I thought he was crazy. I literally had a conversation with him about how nervous I was and that this was my last bit of hope the absolute last attempt I was going to take to get this weight off my body. He was so calm and confident when he responded to my concern and said "the weight will come off easy." And it did! You want to come in ready to make a change. And willing. Follow the damn instructions and you will have success that's all you have to do. And if your eating super clean there is room for mistakes so don't panic just get right back to the program. (Try not to make a mistake but if you don't beat yourself up and get out of control) It's such an awesome program I am doing this AGAIN! Immediately!!! When you come into the program your going to see people who look just like you and they are going to be trying their very best. If your anything like me that alone will give you comfort. You may think something like "if they can do it while overweight I can do it or at the very least I can try too." Tip: purchase all the protein. Make use of deals at the beginning of the challenge. I had to purchase protein like every two weeks. Better to get the deal. If you read all that your the real MVP! Lol I sincerely hope you find your way to legions and gain your physical freedom back as well as transforms your body to a more healthy one.

I have had an amazing time during my 6 week challenge!!! I didn't make my 5% body fat goal reduction by 1/2 a percent! I am still going to continue with the program since I do love the workouts---variety, convenient times early and late and of course the coaches.
