I got my fingers cut off sew
N on and had to wait 3 hours in pain for my appt because I can't take opiates I missed my appt I orgnlly had because of what happened  the Drs who work here do not care the help line woman Sarah has no empathy

Went during walk-in hours on Friday about 2:30pm, was told that the doctor stopped seeing patients at 1:00pm so she could catch up on paperwork. Was told by the receptionist that I could come by on Monday at 3:00pm to see the doctor, and was then told when I called to check today that THAT doctor is also not seeing patients. Not sure how exactly an urgent care stops seeing patients during its regular business hours, but this is incredibly disappointing and not an appropriate way to run a medical facility. If I could give zero stars, I would. Disappointment.

Never anyone there for a wslk in clinic and when they are the staff is so getto and unprofessional it should be call go get a getto check up..
