We always want to make your visit here very easy and enjoyable. We take pride in our ability to satisfy our customers. Our service department just finished in 3rd place, for the latest quarter, in customer satisfaction. That is out of about 150 dealerships in southern California. Very proud of the employees in our service department.

All things considered, it was a great experience.  Our salesman, Mario, was amazing!  Super helpful, super knowledgeable, super friendly.  He walked us through the entire process with care and integrity, which was very appreciated.  His co-worker Wendell was also very friendly and welcoming.
All in all, it was a great experience.  I have an awesome new car, and feel like I have a group of supportive people that I can rely on with any questions or issues.

My 2017 Volt needed service because the service light came on. I got an Saturday appointment. The dealership only have one Volt technician and he only works Tuesday and Wednesday so nothing can be done to my car. I can't believe that they don't have a technician on site all of the time.

Service advisor was great! time to service was not bad but there was no coffee to drink, machine was not working properly which I brought to attention to reception desk, no option for coffee, are you kidding? I sold my Lexus and I will spare you how the waiting room is for Lexus customers but with all fairness my 2017 Impala was $40,000. 
I think the waiting room should be set as if you care for your customers waiting experience. I bought my car in Glendora and they have many more options for snacks and lattes not just low budget coffee vending machines. Very disappointed in my experience.

Stephanie Leon helped us with our last 3 car purchases... I would never go to anyone else! She is so friendly and professional and very detail oriented! Stephanie is so informative and we never have to worry about feeling unsure about our purchase! She really goes the extra mile and is always available to our needs! Yay Delillo and Stephanie Leon! The best!
