I just bought a 2018 Explorer Sport (my 3rd vehicle from HB Ford). I love this dealership, they treat their customers very fairly. If you get a chance, ask for Victor. He was my salesperson this time and it was a very nice buying experience. He was very Knowledgeable about the Explorers and guided me to a car that I love driving. This is also a great place to take your car for service. Everyone there treats you with respect and it is obvious to me that their 1st priority is that you feel as though you are dealing with Family.  Keep doing a great job guys, You Rock!

Thank you Huntington Beach Ford for the excellent customer service and price.  This was the fourth vehicle I bought from you and once again you came through with the perfect experience.  Thank you AJ for your patience and knowledge of the vehicle we chose to purchase, and thank you Alex for the awesome options and price.  I will definitely be telling my friends and co workers to look you up when they are in the market for a vehicle!!!!

Recently I purchased a Ford Fiesta from this Ford  dealership and I had a great experience! When I arrived I was immediately helped by a gentleman named AJ who walked me inside. There was no wait, which was very nice. I also worked with the sales manager Alex. Both Alex and AJ were very friendly and made sure to get me the best deal possible on my new car! They respected that I didn’t need extra accessories and things for my car which was extremely helpful since it was my first time purchasing a car and I’m on a budget as a college student. Lastly, I worked with Roger from finance who was very helpful, and worked with me to get all of my paperwork finished efficiently. 
Overall I had a great experience at this dealership!

Well another great experience here at Ford Huntington Beach. Todd was here to help and save the day for us. We had just recently leased about 3 months ago and were so happy with this, but unfortunately we were hit by a drunk driver and our new Ford Edge was totaled. I honestly feel like this Ford Edge saved my life, a very strong SUV, and it saved me with this head on collision. Thanks to Todd and the managers they made the process very easy for us and was very helpful. Todd even came and picked us up at the car rental place. 5 stars again. Look forward to doing business again (hopefully not so soon next time:)) Thank you guys!! You rock!!
