I was in an accident and took my car Deline's Auto Body.  Fast forward a year and all the repairs they were suppose to have done appear to only be cheap fixes and patchwork.  Paneling is literally peeling off at the repair point and areas that should have new paint are now the only areas on the vehicle with rust developing.  My current mechanic pointed to a bent frame  that had not been fixed and had only had the paneling stuck over it.  I would never recommend this repair shop to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!  I was given a verbal estimate by the owner (Mike), and told it would take 2 weeks to paint my car. I dropped off my car on May 30, 2015 at that time I told them I was going out of town for 3 weeks and I would pick it up when I got back into town.
On June 26, 2015, I called to see when I could pick my car up. To my surprise, I found out they had not even started the work. I got one excuse after another as to why my car was not painted. On 1 July I received a phone call from the manager (Chad) telling me that my car was being painted and it would be ready on Friday, 3 July 2015. I stated I would rather they not rush the job and keep it longer if they needed to, he stated that it would be done if he had to stay late every night to get it done. I asked how many coats of paint it would have on it and he stated that it would have 3 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear.
On July 3, 2015, I called in the morning to see when my car would be done. The receptionist stated it would be done at 4:00 pm. At 3:50 pm I received a call from the receptionist stating they were detailing my car as we speak and if I could pick it up at 5:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. I said that would be fine. I arrived at the shop at 5:00 pm to find my car was in pieces, they were trying get it put back together. It was a total lie by the receptionist about it being detailed!  After waiting 30 minutes I stated I would pick up my car on Monday, July 6, 2015 and I also told the receptionist I was very upset. She stated if I paid in cash they would not have to charge me taxes and that could save $310.00 for me!
On July 6, 2015 I went to get my car. After looking over my car, I seen a lot of imperfections with the paint in addition to they tried to buff it and there was white was in all of the crevices and seals of the entire car!!!! The inside was covered in dust and globs of grease. They had ended up putting small cuts in four different places on my rear leather seats by storing the parts on them, not to mention they had lost a lot of the original screws (which I may add are non-replaceable). The door seals on all 4 doors were torn or missing and the door panels on all 4 doors were not put back on correctly and have missing door panel screws and covers. The manager (Chad) stated they would order the screws that were missing. 
Finally, on July 9, 2015 I went to pick my car up. The excuse I got at that time for the crummy paint job was that I needed to let the paint cure for 60 days then bring it back in and they would buff it. As far as the missing screws and torn seals, they could not find them!!! 
If you want a crappy paint job and a consistent headache, then you will use this shop!!!

I was involved in an accident with my 2013 Camry and took it to Deline's for repair, as I have used them in the past with great results. They did a beautiful job within the time promised and my car now looks brand new!  They have a very nice staff, very reasonable prices and quality workmanship - I wouln't go to anyone else!  I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Fantastic quality work!!!! Great turn around times. Friendly & helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
