DO NOT GO HERE!!!  Wish i could give 0 stars but that's not an option so let me warn you before you go here.  I went in for a routine oil change nothing special no air filters (although they told me i should get a new one even though i put in one a few weeks earlier) and was processed nice and quick.  I thought this was great it was quick and easy and out i went.  Later that day my vehicle started making a squeeling noise and it took a bit of googleing to find what was making that noise.  Found out that it had to do with the oil filter not being tight so i thought well that could happen i can fix that.  When i went to tighten my oil filter i noticed that the filter was from a honda dealership (i do not own a honda but where i lived previously i took my vehicle their to get serviced).  So i drained the oil (which did not look anything new or close to what it should look after a few hours of driving ) and took the filter off to get a better inspection and it was completely rusted around the seal and was dried out.  I called them up and without giving any details asked if they had honda filters or something else and i was told they dont have honda filters their.  I explained what i just went through and was told i must have switched them after i got home.  Really i am going to pay that money just to go through that pain just to have to come back to try and get said money back?!?!  Well needless to say they would not do anything for me they just wanted my name and information really bad and told them i would not give it out if they were not offering a refund and they hung up on me.  I tried their buisness office and was met with the same resolve.  I know this was long winded but i dont want anyone else to go through this.

I made the mistake of going in uniform and unfortunately, just as with so many other Watertown business, I was harassed in the waiting area because “Me, Fort Drum, and the Army” all ruined Watertown. The service was the same price as other places that don’t harass me so no reason to ever go back.

Amazing service.  Friendly, curteous, informative, and respectful staff. In and out of there in 10 minutes.  Only bad thing is the washer fluid. Don't let them fill it. Saw them pour in a bunch of water and topped it off with washer fluid. I will run it empty and put my own fluid in.
